Virgin Olive Oil

It's in the Fes-Meknes area in Morocco, a terroir known for the quality of it's products,that the Zine family passionately cultivates meticulously selected lands.

The Olive groves are mainly planted with the Picholine Marocaine cultivar,recognized for its exceptionnal organoleptic qualities.

An irrigation drip system,essential fertilizers and a year long attention,provide the olive trees with optimal conditions to produce fruits of superior quality.The olives are harvested manually and pressed the same day by mechanical means to attain very low acidity levels.

The fastidious work resulted in Phenicia,an extra virgin olive oil offered from two different estates: The Mansoura and the Maria estate.

Phenicia received the prize in the contest California International 2008 oil extra virgin olive.
